Fell and Tae

Fell & Tae (pronounced Fell and Tay) are the sword and shield of the Court. Though each stands as their own divine being, the brother and sister pair are almost exclusively worshipped together.

Dogma
Followers of Fell & Tae strive to bring justice to the chaotic and unpredictable world around them. While most of their followers are still adventurers, they seek to use the adventuring as both a path to glory as well as honor. Fell & Tae teachings promote seeking adventure and learning of other people’s walks of life and bringing them into the light and making the world a better place all together.

History
Fell & Tae were born to the same human mother on the Material Plane during the Age of Legends. Fell, half-elven woman was a keen and powerful paladin during her adventuring career while her younger brother Tae, a half-orc was considered the be one of the toughest fighters to ever walk Signum.

It was Fell & Tae who has established the Court of Heroes as an actual pantheon among the Heavens. They made the final sacrifice that allowed the rest of the Court to stop the Kuru hordes to bring about the Age of Adventure.

Followers
While there are churches and shrines to Fell & Tae among many of the cities of Amyncia, they consist mostly of retired adventurers and those serving while in between adventurers. The Caring Kin urge their followers to seek glory and honor in the open world assisting those who are not among those they already know.

Followers generally where armor that is suitable for both combat and social interaction, as well as a tabard of their adventuring company or of the Church, depending on their location and their current agenda. Weapons and gear are always kept in good order and impressive. Most followers lean towards either Fell’s aggressive justice, wielding a greatsword and wearing a deep hood to put fear into those who would bring chaos and evil into this world or Tae’s purity and defense, never letting their shield leave them and ensuring to keep it near their allies as well. Both styles favor brilliant gold colors and deep crimson. The gold represents Fell & Tae’s glory in life, while the scarlets represent their sacrifice for the world.

The Church of Fell & Tae is not a military order like many Paladin deities lean towards, but they do have an incredibly strict moral code. Followers are expected to follow Laws of Chivalry.
